INTENGIN LLC and Radekhovsky Sugar LLC signed a contract on the modernization of the automated process control system for the boiler equipment used by the plant for the production of process steam.
As part of the contract INTENGIN carries out design works, supply of equipment for automated process control systems, installation and commissioning works. The planned upgrade will be carried out on SIEMENS industrial controllers, S7-1500 series. This modernization sets for engineers of INTENGIN LLC the following tasks: automating the process of controlling the boilers in all nominal operating modes, optimizing the combustion process and automating ignition.
What is going to be implemented
When upgrading it is planned to use the best equipment of foreign and Ukrainian manufacturers. This symbiosis will help to create a reliable technical solution that meets international requirements for the quality and reliability of such systems. Also, the automation of the boiler shop will increase the efficiency of the use of expensive raw material – natural gas. Automation and monitoring of the consumption characteristics of this fuel in various modes of boiler units operation will help to determine the optimal modes for the operation.
Since the construction of the Khorostkovsky sugar plant, its boiler shop will be modernized in such a way for the first time.
