A contract has been signed for the implementation of automation systems for pumping units at Kiev CHP, PJSC “Kyivenergo”.
As part of the signed contract, 4 pumping units of 2 metropolitan thermal power stations CHP-5 and CHP-6 will be automated, among them there are 2 network pumps and 2 feed water pumps. All pumping units will be equipped with regulating wet clutches manufactured by VOITH TURBO to increase efficiency and control accuracy.
The supplied automation systems are based on the technologies of SIMATIC S7 from SIEMENS AG using programmable controllers and human-machine interface tools.
