At PJSC “Zaporozhstal” on July 6, 2019, the first launch of the PТ-35-2,9/0,8/0,12 turbine was performed after the repair and replacement of the electronic part of the Turbine Control-35MW.
Repair work and modernization of electronic elements of the control system were carried out during a record 4 days of turbine shutdown, which required a high concentration of efforts on the part of both the Customer and the Contractors. However, the result made it possible to avoid costly equipment downtime and transfer the automatic control of the PT-35-2,9/0,8/0,12 turbine produced by PJSC Turboatom to a new software and hardware complex based on the PCS7 technology from Siemens, which was carried out by the specialists of LLC “INTENGIN.”
