As part of the implementation, the following scope of work was performed:
In regard to the transportation and accumulation of coal dust:
- package of commissioning works of field level equipment
- package of commissioning works of hardware and software complex at controller level
- package of commissioning works of hardware and software complex at high level
- Supply of power and control cabinets
- motoring and testing of mechanisms’ control circuits
- metrological certification of measuring channels
- personnel training
In regard to the grinding and injection of coal dust:
- package of commissioning works of field level equipment
- motoring and testing of mechanisms’ control circuits
- metrological certification of measuring channels
- personnel training
As part of the implementation, the works were carried out with the equipment of the following manufacturers: Rockwell Automation, SIEMENS, Schneider Electric, Fischer-Rosemount, VEGA, ABB, etc.
